Process Consultant (Short Term 6 Months) (Saudi Arabia)

ROLE / PURPOSE:

Talent Acquisition Company in Saudi Arabia professionals for the Oil & Gas sector is seeking a talented Process Consultant for a short-term engagement of 6 months based in Saudi Arabia. The Process Consultant will play a crucial role in delivering process engineering solutions and expertise to support ongoing projects in the Oil & Gas sector.

This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in process engineering, as well as a deep understanding of the operational frameworks within the industry. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively with project teams to ensure successful outcomes within a fast-paced environment.

• Perform Cold Eyes review of the following process deliverables, ensuring compliance with Industry and Saudi Aramco Standards as well a good engineering practice:
• Hysis Simulations  Equipment Sizing for 2&3 Phase Separators
• Hydraulic Calculations – Pumps, 3 Phase, 2 Phase and Liquid and Vapor
• PFD’s including Heat and Mass Balances – Process and Utility Systems
• Existing System Adequacy Reports
• P&ID’s
• Third Party Flare System Analysis and Reports

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Will have 25+ years Process Engineering Experience with a Degree in Chemical Engineers
• Strong understanding of process design methodologies, includiAt ng PFD and P&ID development.
• Experience with process simulation software (e.g. HYSYS, Aspen Plus) is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabia's engineering standards and project requirements is a plus.
• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
