As we navigate through this ambitious project, we are seeking a skilled and analytical Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic procurement team. The Procurement Analyst will be fundamental in enhancing procurement processes through data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze procurement data and trends to provide insights and recommendations that drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness in procurement strategies.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate procurement performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Support the procurement team in evaluating supplier performance and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and standards.
• Assist in the preparation of procurement documentation, including bid invitations, request for quotations, and contracts.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs and assist in sourcing solutions that meet operational requirements.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for sourcing products and services from innovative suppliers.
• Participate in supplier evaluations and relationship management, facilitating communication between suppliers and internal teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in procurement, data analysis, or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and procurement analytics software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
