Procurement Director

1. Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

6. Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for process improvements and strategic sourcing.
   
7. Implement and maintain procurement systems and technologies to streamline processes, enhance data analysis capabilities, and improve overall efficiency.
   
8. Develop and maintain strong knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement and contracts, ensuring compliance in all procurement activities.
   
9. Lead a high -performing procurement team, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their professional growth and alignment with departmental objectives.
   
10. Prepare and present procurement reports, performance metrics, and recommendations to senior leadership.
    

Requirements

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPM) are highly desirable.
   
2. Proven work experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a similar leadership role, preferably at the executive level.
   
3. In -depth knowledge of procurement best practices, strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
   
4. Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement and contracts.
   
5. Demonstrated experience in driving cost savings, optimizing procurement processes, and implementing procurement technologies.
