Procurement Director (DEL 110)

As a prominent entity in the development of entertainment and cultural destinations in Saudi Arabia, Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an experienced and strategic Procurement Director. In this role, you will be responsible for managing procurement activities, ensuring they align with our organizational goals and project timelines while driving value and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies that deliver cost-effective and high-quality solutions for projects.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to processes and best practices.
• Establish strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts that drive favorable terms for the company.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify procurement needs and ensure timely acquisition of goods and services.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, potential suppliers, and areas for cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in all procurement activities.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to enhance relationships and improve service delivery.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting for the procurement function, providing insights into expenditure and financial performance.
• Report on procurement metrics and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, within the construction Industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful procurement strategies.
• Exceptional negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with procurement software and data management tools.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
