Procurement Local Buyer

 Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Procurement Local Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing local purchasing activities, ensuring timely procurement of high-quality goods and services to support our hospitality and catering operations in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local suppliers to ensure the best quality and pricing.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while identifying new potential vendors.

• Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure compliance with company standards.

• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and support operational requirements.

• Maintain accurate procurement records and reports for management review.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in local purchasing, particularly in the Riyadh market.

• Ability to source and identify new suppliers effectively.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in English is a must.

• A valid driving license is required.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
