Roles and responsibilities include:

· Converting all the approved PR to PO (after collecting the quotations and approval to proceed) within agreed certain time.

· Sending POs to supplier, obtaining their confirmation, and follow up / tracking incoming inventory, delivery arrival time and the actual time.

· Follow up the advance payments.

· Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and deliveries.

· Organizing and update database of suppliers, delivery times, invoices, and quantity of supplies.

· Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.

· Ensure all deliveries contain all goods requested

· Collaborate with financial team members on contracts, invoicing, and other financial matters

· Work with Maintenance team members to develop future purchasing plans and source potential relationships with vendors.
