Product Designer

We Are Seeking a Product Designer to Join Our Team!

We are looking for a highly capable Seasonal Product
Designer Contractor to support the design and user experience of enterprise -grade digital
products within the real estate and geospatial technology domains. This role is offered on a 6 - 12 month contract basis, with potential renewal subject to performance and business needs. The role is fully on -site at the client location in Riyadh, and relocation to Riyadh is mandatory for candidates not currently based there.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience designing
complex platforms, dashboards, workflows, and map -enabled experiences across
real estate, enterprise systems, and GIS -based solutions. The role requires a
strategic designer who understands business operations, user behavior, and
data -heavy ecosystems while translating complexity into intuitive and scalable
digital experiences.

The Product Designer will work closely with product
managers, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership to
design user -centered solutions that align with operational and strategic
objectives across GCC markets.

Product & UX Design:

• Lead
  end -to -end product design activities from discovery and wire framing to
  high -fidelity UI and prototyping.
  
• Design
  scalable user experiences for enterprise platforms, real estate systems,
  operational dashboards, and GIS -enabled applications.
  
• Simplify
  complex workflows and data -intensive interfaces into intuitive and
  user -friendly experiences.
  
• Create
  responsive and accessible designs across web and mobile platforms.
  

GIS & Spatial Experience Design:

• Design
  interactive map -based experiences, geospatial workflows, and location
  intelligence interfaces.
  
• Collaborate
  with technical teams to optimize usability of GIS data visualization and
  spatial analytics tools.
  
• Ensure
  seamless integration between map layers, operational data, and user
  workflows.
  

Real Estate & Enterprise Domain Alignment:

• Translate
  business requirements related to property management, urban planning,
  leasing, inspections, operations, and digital government services into
  practical design solutions.
  
• Understand
  enterprise user journeys involving internal operations, approvals,
  reporting, case management, and workflow automation.
  
• Design
  solutions that support operational efficiency, compliance, and business
  scalability.
  

User Research & Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Conduct
  workshops, user interviews, usability testing, and stakeholder sessions to
  validate design assumptions.
  
• Work
  closely with product managers and business teams to align user experience
  with product strategy.
  
• Present
  design concepts and rationale to business and executive stakeholders.
  

Design Systems & Consistency:

• Contribute
  to and maintain scalable design systems, UI standards, and interaction
  guidelines.
  
• Ensure consistency across platforms, modules,
  and customer touchpoints. 
  

• Advanced
  proficiency in Figma, Adobe
  Creative Suite, prototyping
  tools, and design
  systems management.
  
• Experience
  designing map -based interfaces and spatial interactions.
  
• Familiarity
  with GIS ecosystems such as ArcGIS, Mapbox, Google
  Maps Platform, and spatial
  data visualization concepts.
  
• Understanding
  of responsive design, accessibility, and enterprise UX best practices.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s
  degree in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Human -Computer Interaction,
  Graphic Design, or related field.
  
• 5+
  years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or Digital Experience
  Design.
  
• Proven
  experience designing real
  estate platforms or PropTech solutions, enterprise
  systems & operational platforms, and GIS
  or map -enabled digital products
  
• GCC
  market experience is mandatory.
  
• Strong
  understanding of enterprise workflows and government or large -scale
  organizational ecosystems within the GCC.
  
• Experience working in agile product environments
  alongside engineering and product teams.
