Product Developer Director

The Product Development Director is responsible for leading the end-to-end product development strategy, overseeing the design, development, and delivery of innovative products and solutions. The role bridges strategy, business needs, and execution to ensure products are aligned with market demand, client requirements, and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and scaling.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with consulting, strategy, and technical teams to design scalable solutions.
• Translate client and market needs into clear product requirements and features.
• Oversee product delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and business impact.
• Conduct market research and identify opportunities for new product development.
• Drive innovation initiatives and contribute to building new service/product offerings.
• Manage cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and developers.
• Ensure alignment between product strategy and overall company growth strategy.
• Track product performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support business development efforts with product-based solutions and proposals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 10–15+ years of experience in product development, digital transformation, or consulting.
• Strong experience in leading product teams or product strategy in complex environments.
• Background in consulting, tech-enabled services, or digital transformation is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to translate business strategy into scalable product solutions.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Candidate must hold Saudi nationality
