ACCOUNTABILITIES

Policies &Procedures:

• Adhere to allZahrawi Policies & Procedures as applicable.

MarketKnowledge:

• Conduct marketresearch to identify new potentialcustomers.
• Analyze market trends to identifynew products in the market and understanding their advantages anddisadvantages.
• Identify product improvementsand new products to evaluate their position in theindustry.
• Plan and assist with new productreleases and events.
• Maintain technicalknowledge by attending educational workshops reviewing professionalpublications establishing personal networks benchmarkingstateoftheart practices and participating in professionalsocieties.

BusinessDevelopment:

• Establishcontact with new customers to inform them of our products andbrands understanding their need and customizing the offer.
• Provide potential customers with supportinformation and guidance by performing product demonstrations tothem and gathering their feedback.
• Follow upwith the new customers after the demo session to negotiatecontracts and packages.
• Ensure all details ofthe contract are compliant with our rules ®ulations.

Marketing:

• Coordinatewith the Marketing Department for any new materials that need to bedone.

Sales:

• Maintainrelationships with existing customers by providing them withsupport information and guidance.
• Recommend newproducts to existing customers as per their need and providing themwith support information and guidance to ensure a greatrelationship with them.
• Provide existingcustomers with support information and guidance by performingproduct demonstrations to them and gathering theirfeedback.
• Assist the customers in answering allproductrelated questions in a professional and timelymanner.
• Recommend new service improvements tofurther build on the relationship.
• Advisehelpful new product recommendations and suggestions to customers toincrease revenue.
• Negotiate contracts andpackages with existing customers.
• Maintainquality service by establishing and enforcing Zahrawistandards.
• Contribute to the team effort byachieving the annual target set by the management and assisting theteam when needed.

OperatingTheatre:

• Attend surgeriesalong with the doctors and nurses and assisting them with anyissues they might be facing with theequipment.

DataTrack:

• Prepare reports bycollecting analyzing and summarizing information and maintainingaccurate records of all productssold.

Orders:

• Placeorders to the concerned purchasecoordinator.

Invoicing:

• Coordinatewith the Finance Department to ensure proper invoicing of theproducts and following up with them with regards to thecollection/payment.

Delivery:

• Followup with the Procurement & Logistics team with regards tosending them the products and ensuring that it reaches them ontime.
• Coordinate with the warehouse for thetimelydeliveries.

Application:

• Conducttraining session to customers.
• Assist thecustomers with the equipment that is beingused.
• Run validation tests with the customersto ensure that they fully understand how to use theequipment.
• Solve any issues that they might befacing while using theequipment.

Requirements

• Education:Bachelors degree in any medical science related field(including biomedical science biology biochemistry nursing andapplied science)
• Experience:12 years of experience in medical sales of cardiovascular ICproducts. (Cath lab is a puls)
• JobSpecific Skills: Sound technical knowledge about thehuman anatomy medical field Good communication skills &English Language Good presentation skills & negotiationskills Good MS OfficeSkills
• Additional Details:Candidate will be based in Jeddah or should be willing to relocateto Jeddah. Should have a valid KSA driving license and should bewilling to travel as per business needs.
