Product Specialist

Job description:

- Conduct research on consumer preferences and competing products in the market
- Collaborate with the R&D team to formulate new products and improve existing products
- Assist in developing product specifications, including ingredient lists, nutritional information, and packaging design, including compliance with regulatory standards and company brand guidelines.
- Support the marketing team in working on providing promotional resources
- Customer service support with product inquiries
- Monitoring inventory and the flow of the sales process
