Production Assistant - Virtual Production

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our Virtual Production team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow within a fast-paced studio environment focused on Virtual production, ICFX, and content production technologies.

The Production Assistant will provide administrative and on-set support to the production department while assisting stage operations, crew coordination, and general production activities. The role reports directly to the Production Management team and works closely with coordinators, technical teams, and stage crew to help maintain smooth and efficient production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and production support to the Production and Technical Management team.
• Assist with preparation and distribution of production documents, schedules, and call sheets.
• Support crew check-ins, stage readiness, and daily production setup needs.
• Help facilitate communication between departments during production activities.
• Assist with PXO equipment movement, deliveries, pickups, and inventory tracking.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of production offices, support spaces, and stage areas.
• Run production-related errands and support operational requests as assigned.
• Support petty cash tracking, collection of receipts, and basic invoice coordination.
• Support production logistics for virtual production shoots, rehearsals, pre-light and technical sessions.
• Follow studio safety procedures and on-set protocols at all times.
• Assist with Virtual Production data wrangling tasks, including collecting data from camera departments, tracking slate and take information, organizing files, and preparing production data reports.
• Support scanning teams during on-site and off-site scanning missions, including equipment handling and logistical assistance.
• Provide reliable operational support to help productions run smoothly and efficiently.
• Report directly to the Production Managements team.

Requirements

• Must be a Saudi national and currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
• Previous experience in film, television, media production, live events, or related environments.
• Good knowledge of filmmaking fundamentals with basic understanding of camera operations and on-set workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic administrative and financial tracking skills with attention to accuracy and organization.
• Willingness to learn virtual production workflows and studio operations.
• Basic knowledge of production environments, set etiquette, or technical production is a plus.
• Comfortable performing hands-on operational and support tasks.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and on location (inside and outside the studio) when required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
