Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Production Manager to oversee and enhance the production processes within our food and pastry manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will leverage their 58 years of industry experience to ensure high-quality production, streamline operations, and collaborate with sales teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Oversight:
  • Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality pastry products.
  • Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to food safety standards and quality control protocols.
• Operational Efficiency:
  • Identify and implement strategies to optimize production costs and reduce waste.
  • Maintain and improve production schedules to meet market demands.
• Team Leadership:
  • Supervise, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Foster a culture of safety, efficiency, and collaboration among team members.
• Collaboration with Sales:
  • Partner with the sales team to align production output with customer needs and market trends.
  • Provide insights into production capacity to support sales forecasting and planning.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Introduce innovative techniques and machinery to enhance production processes.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop action plans for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 58 years of experience in production management within the food and pastry industry.
• Proven ability to increase production efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in production management software and tools.
