Production Operator

OB SUMMARY

Setup and operate a designated machine efficiently to manufacture the required product according to the pre-set specifications 2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS Duties include but are not limited to

 Validate the availability of all required documents (JFT, PCC, etc.) prior to new job start-up in order to minimize downtime and insure production consistency.  Operate machine as per the Work Instruction in order to insure a safe and sound runnability.  Troubleshoot problems and request support upon need, in order to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.  Check and relay startup sample to the production section head for his approval before passing same for QC inspection to ensure quality of the start-up run.  Report any quality defects to QC and production section head to take any necessary action.  Assign tasks to Helpers to insure an organized run, and sustain the 5S conditions of his machines and surrounding work place.

4. REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

 Education & Experience

Preferably with Industrial Diploma 1 year experience in related tasks Knowledge of written and spoken Arabic and English is a plus
