Production Supervisor

Sealy Mattress Middle East, a leading name in premium bedding products and an esteemed operation licensee of Sealy Inc., is looking for an accomplished Production Supervisor to enhance our manufacturing team. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily production processes, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This role is pivotal to maintaining our reputation for excellence and delivering satisfying products to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production activities to ensure timely and efficient operation.
• Monitor product quality during each stage of production and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Manage and train production staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with planning and logistics teams to optimize production schedules and inventory levels.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations in the production environment.
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Participate in the development and training of operating procedures and work instructions.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing, preferably within the bedding or consumer goods industry.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control principles.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions for process improvements.
• Effective communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in manufacturing software and Microsoft Office.
