Production supervisor (Madinah)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations related to extraction, loading, hauling, and dumping of ore and waste material.

• Coordinate manpower and equipment to meet production targets.

• Ensure compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations.

• Monitor operational performance indicators and report deviations.

• Recommend process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce operating costs.

• Train, evaluate, and motivate team members under supervision.

• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment availability and reliability.

Requirements:

• Technical degree or university degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory experience in open-pit mining.

• Knowledge of mine planning, safety, and environmental management.

• Proficiency in mining software and reporting tools.

• Strong leadership, communication, and ability to work under pressure.
