Experience & Skills Requirements
Required Experience
3-4 years of business development experience with demonstrated hunter mentality and new business generation success
Corporate learning, workforce development, and/or professional training sector exposure
Higher education partnerships, university relations, and/or academic program development experience
Proven track record in B2B sales with corporate and/or government clients
Saudi market experience with established professional networks preferred
Client relationship management and account development experience
Essential Technical Skills (Non-Negotiable)
Saudi National: This is a baseline requirement
Hunter Sales Capabilities: Proven ability to generate business through cold outreach, prospecting, and relationship building from zero
Lead generation through multiple channels
Cold calling and networking expertise
Pipeline development and management
Quota achievement and revenue growth
CRM Proficiency: Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience with major CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
Daily administration, lead tracking, and pipeline management
Sales forecasting and opportunity management
Advanced reporting and analytics
Integration management with other business systems
Business Development Skills: Market research, competitive analysis, and territory development
Presentation and Communication: Client-facing presentation skills and proposal development
Partnership Development: Experience building strategic alliances and collaborative relationships
Desirable Attributes
An understanding of local market dynamics and business relationship development
Experience in international education services or university partnerships
Knowledge of Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives and national transformation priorities
Background in consulting or professional services with an organizational development focus
Understanding of digital transformation, leadership development, or sector-specific training programs
Fluency in both Arabic and English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Success in this role will be demonstrated through:

Employment Details
Working Location: Saudi Arabia (Head Office) Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour break) Travel Requirements: Regular domestic travel for client meetings and market development activities
Tools & Support Provided:
Company laptop with comprehensive business development and CRM software suite
Work mobile phone with a calling plan for client relationship management
Company email and system access for business development activities
Access to professional learning platforms and content development tools
Business development budget for client entertainment and relationship-building activities
Advanced CRM training and certification support
Employment Terms:
Probation Period: 3 months
Notice Period: 60 days
Annual Leave: 21 days + public holidays
Medical Insurance: TBC
Annual Performance Bonus: TBC - % of annual salary based on revenue achievement and KPI performance
Housing Allowance: TBC monthly payment (in line with standard company payment benchmarks)
Transportation Allowance: TBC per month (in line with standard company payment benchmarks)
Professional Development: Annual budget for sales training, CRM certifications, and industry development
