What You’ll Do: As a Professional Services Consultant-Red Hat, you’ll play a critical role in delivering technical solutions and support to customers. Your key responsibilities will include: 

• Designing and implementing security solutions for customers. 

• Managing and executing the installation and operation of commercial cybersecurity toolsets. 

• Providing technical support and addressing all technical problems. 

• Developing and delivering cybersecurity services, including end-to-end projects and training. 

• Creating and updating technical and business documentation. 

What You Bring to the Role: We’re looking for someone with: 

• A graduate degree with 2+ years of relevant industry experience. 

• Experience in IT distribution within a multinational environment. 

• Excellent decision-making ability and the capability to work under pressure and time constraints. 

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. 

• Excellent knowledge of products of a technical nature, with strong time management and planning skills.
