As a Project Acquisition Specialist, you will focus on identifying and securing new property development opportunities that align with Bayut's strategic objectives. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in growing our project portfolio and fostering relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential real estate projects, providing insights into market trends and competitive dynamics;
• Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers, landowners, and other stakeholders to identify acquisition opportunities;
• Participate in negotiations, facilitating discussions around project terms and conditions;
• Perform financial and market feasibility analyses to recommend project acquisition strategies;
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field;
• 2+ years of experience in real estate acquisition, business development, or sales;
• Strong understanding of the real estate market, particularly in Saudi Arabia;
• Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills;
• Proficient in negotiation techniques and stakeholder management;
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
