Project Control Manager

JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced Project Control Manager - Planning to join our team, dedicated to the successful management of our project planning and control activities. In this influential role, you will be responsible for leading the planning function across multiple infrastructure projects in line with our commitment to excellence and Saudi Vision 2030. Your expertise in project planning and controls will be vital in ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with project teams, stakeholders, and management to establish detailed project plans and schedules. You will be tasked with continuously monitoring project progress, analyzing performance data, and implementing strategies to address any identified issues or risks, thereby driving the successful completion of projects that benefit our communities and the economy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of project planning methodologies, tools, and systems.
• Coordinate and create comprehensive project schedules, including progress timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Analyze project performance data to identify trends, variances, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment between project objectives and planning strategies.
• Identify potential risks and develop risk management strategies to mitigate impacts on project timelines.
• Prepare and present detailed planning reports to stakeholders, summarizing progress and recommendations.
• Mentor and guide junior planners and project control staff to foster skill development and adherence to best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in project planning and controls, preferably in the construction or engineering industry also hotel experience
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex project data.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and achieve results under tight deadlines.
