Project Control System Manager

• Establishes and maintains a project monitoring, control and reporting system that supports on-going assessment of project performance and facilitates timely adjustment of project execution to achieve project objectives as delineated in the Project Execution Plan
• Assist in the development and provides ongoing maintenance of the Project Execution Plan sections related to project tracking, trending, reporting and change control element.
• Applies strong time management, planning, organizational, decision making and problem solving skills to resolve issues in an effective manner
• Executes the roles and responsibilities of the position in a legal, ethical, and professional manner and compliant with Clients Policies and Procedures
• Knows and understands the project Scope of Work, Drawings, Specifications, Schedules, and Contractor Organization and maintains liaison with contractor management and engineering to ensure work compliance.
• Knows and understands the Quality Assurance Program and the requirements for reporting and record keeping and implementing the program with the Discipline Leads
• Endorses Clients Safety Program and provides leadership and a pro-active approach to achieving zero accidents safety results
• Assists in the management of Owner interfaces or other sub-contracts not in the scope of work of the general contractor
• Assists the Project Manager in monitoring contractor compliance with their project safety program requirements; document status and ultimate closure of corrective measures
• Baseline Change Control
• Develops, or leads development of, the project schedule and cost estimates and subsequent establishment of the schedule and cost baselines
• Establishes and maintains baseline change control, using change control logs and project change notices. Assists the Commercial Manager in the processing of change order requests, including change order cost estimation and impact

1. Minimum : 15 years experience. 2. Demonstrated strong working knowledge in *Project cost engineering, *Estimating, and scheduling.
*Excellent written and oral communication skills. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and skilled in schedule software systems (Primavera and MS. Project). 4. MBA is preferable.
