Project Controls Engineer

JASARA PMC is looking to hire a Project Controls Engineer. This role is critical for ensuring the effectiveness of project controls across our various projects. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, have a passion for project management, and possess a strong analytical mindset.

In this position, you will support project managers by providing data-driven insights and analysis, facilitating informed decision-making processes, and enhancing overall project performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of project control processes and tools.
• Contribute to the planning and scheduling of project activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Strong understanding of cost management, schedule management and planning, risk management, document control projects.
• Gather, analyze, and report on project performance data.
• Work closely with project teams to monitor progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Support the preparation of executive-level reports and presentations.
• Enhance communication and collaboration across various departments to streamline project activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related disciplines.
• 5 Years’ experience including 3 years’ experience on similar Projects with Middle East project experience.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with project management software and reporting tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
