Project Development Manager - SPA 350

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking for a Project Development Manager to join our Golf Development team to oversee the planning, execution, and has experience and understands the governance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage assigned golf development projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to PIF governance frameworks and organizational standards.
• Develop and prepare high-quality project documentation, including presentations, stage gate submissions, progress reports, and board/steering committee materials.

• Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and cross-functional teams, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project performance against scope, schedule, budget, and quality benchmarks, escalating issues where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all corporate policies, governance protocols, and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 6-9 years relevant experience in project management, specifically Golf and/or Sport
• Experienced Project Management full cycle from development side
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders management
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
