Our client, a leading engineering and construction company, is seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee large\-scale building construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for full project lifecycle management, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
Lead and direct multiple building construction projects from initiation through completion.
Develop and implement project execution strategies aligned with company objectives.
Oversee budgeting, cost control, procurement, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Manage project teams including engineers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, building codes, and safety regulations.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Manage client relationships and act as primary point of contact for stakeholders.
Review and approve technical designs, construction methodologies, and contract variations.
Identify and mitigate project risks.
Report regularly to executive management on project performance.
Bachelorâs Degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering preferred).
Minimum 12+ years of experience in building construction.
At least 5 years in a senior leadership/project management role.
Proven experience delivering large\-scale commercial, residential, or mixed\-use developments.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and project planning.
Professional certification (PMP, Chartered Engineer, or equivalent) is advantageous.
