JobSummary:
As a Junior Project Engineeryou will be an integral member of the Infrastructure ProjectManagement team. This position involves assisting in the monitoringand management of project designs and budgets and providingleadership to construction engineers. Your role will focus onenhancing project efficiency and performance through effectivedesign and financialmanagement.
Requirements
KeyResponsibilities:
- Assistin monitoring and managing the project design andbudget.
- Supervise and provideleadership to the team of ConstructionEngineers.
- Provide daily leadershipand direction to the project design team ensuring optimalallocation of workloads and efficient use ofresources.
- Develop and delivertechnical and financial reports on area performance contractorperformance and overall projectprogress.
- Assist in developing andimplementing key performance indicators targets and controlprocedures to achieve project objectives and supportdepartmental/organizationalgoals.
- Manage monitor and evaluatethe design process including managing relationships with outsourcedconsultants and ensuring compliance with projectspecifications.
- Contribute to theplanning and execution phases of the project ensuring alignmentwith strategic objectives and compliance with all regulatoryrequirements.
EssentialQualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a relatedfield.
- Provenexperience in project management particularly in infrastructure orrelatedprojects.
