Project Execution Manager You as a Project Execution Manager will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. You will be leading a team of Projects Managers and Engineers who play a crucial role in the successful execution of projects within our Power Quality organization. Supporting the organization in process improvement to continually increase the effectiveness of project execution.

Your responsibilities

Leading a team of Project Managers and Engineers. Developing the competence of the organization to become a team of experts. Monitoring project progress, tracking key milestones, and reporting on project status to stakeholders using various tools and methodologies. Organizing and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and risk logs, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible to project team members. Managing resource allocation and capacity planning, ensuring that project teams have the necessary resources to meet project objectives. Identifying opportunities for process improvement within the project management framework and collaborating with stakeholders to implement best practices. Facilitating communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management, ensuring alignment on project objectives and priorities. Managing customer communication and managing claims. Ensuring that projects adhere to established quality standards and procedures, conducting regular audits and reviews as necessary. Identifying project risks and issues, assess their potential impact, and working with project managers and other functions to develop mitigation strategies. Providing guidance and training to project and engineering team members on project management and engineering processes, tools, and methodologies. Your background

A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. 8+ years of experience required in the Electrical Energy sector. Proven experience in working in engineering or project management. Technical experience in power quality. Good people management skills. Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, and SAP. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Arabic language is required.
