Job Description Reporting to the Project Director, the Project Manager will have a key responsibility for delivering a 250m USD buildings project in Dammam. The project consists of 10 low to midrise buildings and basic infrastructure works that makes up the new headquarters for a prestigious international client who are expanding dramatically within the kingdom. Key responsibilities include:
• Ensures the project requirements and expectations are on schedule and within cost projections
• Provides the direction and coordination with all relevant disciplines (MEP, infrastructure, civils etc.)
• Maintains good open communication with all the necessary members of the clients both internal and external.
• Reviews all official correspondence and reports for compliance to the project requirements.
• Maintains a good and healthy work environment for all the employees.
• Reviews and comments on project scope definition including the project management plan.
• Responsible for pre and post contract works including design management, statutory permission, NOCs and building permits, contract procurement and contractor appointments
• Expertise in project programming, cost control and contract administration for building and infrastructure projects

Job Skills To be considered for this role you will hold a bachelors in civil engineering along with 10+ years experience with at least 3 years KSA experience. You will have a strong knowledge of project control systems and Quality and Safety procedures within a Tier 1 contractor. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and will be able to communicate effectively with all level of stakeholders from senior executives to blue collar staff. An understanding of Arabic will be preferential. About The Company
