Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage high-rise construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with project objectives, budget constraints, and timeline milestones.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against established baselines to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
• Manage project resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Identify and address project delays, cost overruns, and scope changes in a timely manner, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations to update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues, and solicit feedback and input as needed.
• Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior management and key stakeholders to provide visibility into project performance and metrics.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and accountability among project team members, and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with contractual agreements, regulatory requirements, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience working as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on high-rise buildings in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale high-rise construction projects from conception to completion.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, building materials, and structural systems used in high-rise construction.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools, with certification (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
