Project Manager

• Oversee the entire project work and must be able to anticipate a demands in terms of labor, materials, equipment and technical challenges • Ensure that all contractual and legal matters related to the projects are dealt with properly and promptly
• Coordinate with Procurement Department and monitor the material procurement activities for the project. • Ensure that the client is properly billed and those payments are received in a timely manner • Monitor, identify, and analyze all projects costs with a view of facilitating the completion of the projects at minimum cost and well within budget limit

B.sc. of Civil Engineering or equivalent Not less than 10 Years’ Experience in the same field, high-rise and Hotel buildings projects would Preferable, Familiar with the International Standards Codes and Specifications, able to relocate is a Must, Kindly send your updated resume directly TO , and mention the job title in the Email Subject.
