Our Client, a Fast Growing Contracting Company specialized in Civil, Mechanical Piping & Structural including Painting, Electrical, HVAC, Instrumentation, Construction and Maintenance & is working with big names in the Saudi Market. Our Client is now looking for highly talented & experienced caliber to fulfill the following Position:
Project Manager (Mechanical)
•Manages and supervises all phases of assigned projects.
•Prepare and manage schedules.
•Estimate Change orders.
•Negotiate all change orders and maintain change order logs.
•Manages project budget and approves all expenses.
•Contract Administration.
•Buyout of subcontracts & Equipment.
•Interface with the CEO on all projects assigned.
•Assemble and maintain complete project records and close-out documents.
•Perform project punch-list inspection(s), in coordination with superintendent and the owner’s representative, and issue punch list to all relevant subcontractors.
•Stay in contact with past clients for repeat work.
Requirements:
•Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
•Minimum 10 years of experience in the similar field
•Exposure to EPC/LSTK ,Oil & Gas projects is a must
•Should have managed projects worth over 50 Million SR.
•GCC experience will be an added advantage
•Due to visa Availability, only Egyptian Nationality can apply.
