Job Title: Project Manager – Water Projects

Riyadh / Dammam / Mecca / Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in water project supervision and project management. The candidate must be PMP Certified and capable of managing project execution, site supervision, planning, coordination, and reporting. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise water infrastructure projects from start to completion.

• Ensure project execution is aligned with scope, schedule, and budget.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.

• Monitor site activities, progress, and quality of work.

• Prepare project plans, reports, and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.

• Support client communication and attend project meetings.

Requirements:

• PMP Certification is mandatory.

• Strong experience in water projects supervision and management.

• Experience Criteria:

  • Minimum 15 years with Bachelor Degree (Civil Engineering), OR

  • Minimum 10 years with Engineering Master Degree + Bachelor Degree

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar project management roles.

• Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).

• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of water pipelines, treatment plants, and infrastructure works.

• Ability to manage multiple sites and stakeholders.
