Project Technical Manager | EPC Construction | High-Profile Development

We are seeking an experienced Project Technical Manager to lead architectural technical delivery across concept, design development, and construction stages. This role is responsible for managing technical teams, ensuring design coordination, driving QA/QC of deliverables, and supporting estimation, procurement, and site execution activities.

This is a senior-level role with strong technical leadership responsibility and direct impact on project delivery performance, cost control, and construction execution quality.

Location : Riyadh  (Candidates with a valid Saudi Iqama will be given preference)

Duration :July 2026 – April 2027 (Project based )

Role Overview

• Lead a team of architects and technical professionals responsible for design and construction deliverables


• Convert concept designs into fully coordinated, constructible, and execution-ready solutions


• Ensure full QA/QC of all architectural technical deliverables from concept through execution


• Identify design risks, scope gaps, and variation opportunities across project stages


• Maintain design intent while ensuring constructability and site execution feasibility


• Support estimation teams with technical inputs and contingency planning


• Act as a key technical interface between design, estimation, procurement, and site execution teams

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural technical teams across all project stages


• Oversee development of concept designs into coordinated construction documentation


• Conduct detailed technical audits of multidisciplinary drawings


• Review contractor bids, shop drawings, specifications, and material submissions


• Develop and manage project specifications aligned with execution requirements


• Lead technical workshops with concept design teams during early stages


• Ensure construction detailing is practical, safe, and execution-ready


• Conduct site audits to ensure compliance with approved drawings and standards


• Provide value engineering alternatives while maintaining design intent and quality


• Identify and manage design risks, scope gaps, and project variations


• Coordinate across design, estimation, procurement, and site execution teams


• Support resolution of technical issues during construction execution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture


• Minimum 12+ years of experience in construction / architectural delivery roles


• Strong experience in large-scale residential, retail, hospitality, or commercial projects


• Proven expertise in Design Development (DD), Construction Documentation (CD), and Shop Drawings


• Strong EPC / main contractor experience is essential


• Proficiency in AutoCAD and BIM platforms


• Strong knowledge of Saudi construction practices and materials


• Proven experience leading technical or architectural teams


• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
