Projects Manager ( Low-Current and Security Systems )

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager with expertise in low-current systems, including CCTV, access control systems, security systems digital signage, and related technologies to lead the design, implementation, and management of projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven project management skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive design specifications for low-current and security systems, including but not limited to access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and other systems.
2. Lead the design and engineering process, creating detailed drawings, schematics, and plans that meet project objectives and comply with relevant codes and standards.
3. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to procure materials, equipment, and services needed for project implementation.
4. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery within scope and schedule.
5. Conduct regular site visits to oversee installation activities, provide technical support to installation teams, and ensure work is completed according to specifications.
6. Conduct system testing and commissioning activities to verify low-current and security systems’ proper functionality and performance.
7. Provide training and support to clients and end-users, ensuring they understand how to operate and maintain installed systems effectively.
8. Prepare project documentation, including as-built drawings, operation manuals, and maintenance schedules, to facilitate handover to clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing low-current and security projects.
• Strong knowledge of low-current and security systems, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and intercom systems.
• Proficiency in CAD software for creating engineering drawings and layouts.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus.
