RegularWhat is the job about?We are seeking a creative individual particularly in dealing with suppliers, preparing local purchase orders, and overseeing purchase management systems. Fluency in Arabic is essential for effective communications.Your main responsibilities:Purchaser:Assist concerned Department to review quotes from all angles and finalize supplier using criteriaRaise Purchase Orders based on requisitions from various departmentFollow proper channels to obtain purchase authorization according to company policyEnsure proper documentations of Purchase Orders together with all supportsFacilitate and document contracts, AMCs and service agreements using SAP module “CLM”Tracking of all open purchase orders, review, follow up, cleaning upTimely submission of invoices to Account Payable for recording and paymentHave an integral part with Manager in forming and implementing Purchase Policy and ProcedureCoordinate with vendors on statement reconciliationAttending to emails, queries, and requestsAttend to all requests involving Age Analysis queriesRaising tickets on the Finance Service portal, matching of Goods Received/ Invoice Received (GR/IR) and resolving GR/IR related queriesVendor Master Data, creation, documentations and maintenanceFair knowledge of local Saudi VAT regulationsFinance Administrative:Arranging cheques collections from customers and deposit in bank on timeSupport Credit & Collection (C&C) in trade services related tasks.Forward bills to accounts on time to avoid disruption in the services specially to critical vendors like electricity and communication etc.Developing monthly reports with analysis of various staff related costs like telephone, car and travel.Support Finance Controller in country lead budget.Support Finance in physical verification of Company’s Assets, tagging and Bar Coding and Physical VerificationsSupport Finance in yearly stock takeSupport Finance Controller in developing / strengthening company’s internal control.Assist Manager in any other tasks as and when assigned.Negotiate & supervise company facility contracts and its maintenance.Be back up for all govt. dept. contacts and follow up.Your Background

:Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in Purchase with good communication in Arabic / English.Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or other relevant fieldsAdvanced skills on Microsoft all products, related software in purchasesWell versed with purchase policy and procedures.Motivated by delivering results and meeting customer expectationsDo you want to learn more?This position is based out of Riyadh, KSA.
