Job Description - Qc Lead Inspector

Description

Identify and set Key Performance Indicators for measuring & controlling the process of Quality Control to ensure production of products with highest level of quality to meet the highest level of our customer satisfaction.
Operate all steps and activities for a required production machine according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or other instructions if applicable.
Understand and effectively use standard equipment and office automation systems and software
Test, inspect or benchmark predefined machine and process parameters in different QC labs, using simple to complex lab equipment, against performance and standard limits and according to engineering/procedural standards in order to uncover and address deviations from required specifications & standard limits and use the data to drive engineering and manufacturing process improvements to meet these specifications/standards.
Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress, and finished products, using simple to complex lab equipment, against performance and standard limits and according to engineering/procedural standards in order to uncover and address deviations.
Conduct or guide Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) on quality incidents or non-conforming products and suggest preventive and/or corrective actions.
Monitor, collect and interpret a range of raw data from various sources, evaluate/analyze results and create reports to assist decision-making process in various aspects of work
