Weare seeking a highly skilled and experienced QC Supervisor PipingOil & Gas Construction for Saudi Arabia. As a QC Supervisor youwill be responsible for overseeing the quality control activitiesrelated to piping in oil and gas construction projects. This is aseniorlevel position requiring 7 to 10 years ofexperience.

QualificationsandSkills

• Degree/ Diploma in engineering or a related field.
• 7to 10 years of experience in quality control for piping in oil andgas construction.
• Strong knowledge of industrystandards and codes related to piping such as ASME API andASTM.
• Experience with inspection techniques andtools including NDT methods.
• Familiarity withwelding procedures and practices.
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
• Stronganalytical and problemsolvingabilities.
• Attention to detail andaccuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a teamenvironment.

RolesandResponsibilities

• Overseeand manage the quality control activities for piping in oil and gasconstruction projects.
• Develop and implementquality control procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance withproject specifications and industrystandards.
• Coordinate with project managersengineers and subcontractors to identify and resolve qualityissues.
• Conduct inspections and audits toverify the quality of piping materials welding fabrication andinstallation.
• Review and approve inspection andtest plans quality control documents and nonconformancereports.
• Monitor and track the progress ofquality control activities and provide status reports to theproject team.
• Train and mentor junior QCinspectors and provide guidance on quality control practices andprocedures.
• Collaborate with the procurementteam to ensure the quality of purchased piping materials andequipment.
• Participate in meetings anddiscussions with clients vendors and regulatoryagencies.
• Stay uptodate with industry trendsand developments in quality control practices for oil and gasconstructionprojects.
