About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead and manage all quality and food safety activities within our poultry processing plant. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and international quality systems while driving continuous improvement in product quality and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Quality Assurance function within the poultry processing plant.


• Ensure full compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC, GMP, SSOP).


• Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Management Systems (QMS) across plant operations.


• Conduct and manage internal and external audits, including regulatory inspections.


• Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.


• Oversee laboratory operations, microbiological testing, and product quality evaluation.


• Ensure effective traceability, product release, and non-conformance management.


• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams for quality improvements.


• Lead and develop the QA team, including training and performance management.


• Maintain compliance with local regulations and international food safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Veterinary Science, or related field


• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Quality Assurance within food manufacturing, preferably poultry/meat processing


• At least 3–5 years in a leadership/managerial role


• Strong knowledge of poultry processing, food safety regulations, and quality systems.


• Hands-on experience with audits, certifications, and regulatory compliance


• Expertise in HACCP, ISO, FSSC, GMP, SSOP
