Job Description - Quality Assurance Officer

❖ Job Summary A QAC Officer supports the QAC Division Director in driving strategy execution by designing new business models and processes, streamlining and reengineering existing business processes, and supporting change management. Also acting as the key interface between the users, process owners, and the company functional manager, they gather information, document processes, and confirm the final documents with users, process owners, and managers.

❖ Job Goals & Objectives Main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, Job descriptions, documenting processes, and performing user acceptance testing. The business analyst’s primary objective is helping businesses, functions & associated cost-effectively implement technology solutions by determining the requirements of a project or program and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators, and process owners.

❖ Key Functional Responsibilities to QAC Officer

• Supported in developing job descriptions for the group and its subsidiaries; assisted in drafting organizational or functional structures.

• Analyze a business's structure, functional structures, and the interrelations between functions, procedures, processes, and workflows.

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

• Supporting ongoing reviews of business processes, developing optimization strategies and workflows, and delivering final drafts on improved business processes.

• Conducted meetings, Performed requirements analysis, and gave presentations to share ideas and findings. • Development of clear and detailed process maps and business requirements by identifying issues and risks & how to mitigate them in the interest of business operations.

• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts through workflow processes and procedures mapping with proper documentation.

• Dual language (Arabic – English) support in translating new or existing policies, processes, procedures, or work documents to facilitate management across the Group & its subsidiaries.

• Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

• Performing user & process owner acceptance on the developed policies and also testing, updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures & workflows

• Support in creating business and functional templates or formats to create organized work processes.

• Support in performing the division's Internal Audit Assignments.

• Perform related duties that may be assigned by the Director – QAC.

Qualification Requirements Education and / or Experience ➢ A bachelor’s degree in law, business, related field, or an MBA. ➢ A minimum of 4 years’ experience, with the latest 2 years being in a similar position. ➢ Experience in Holding Companies with diverse businesses or Big 4 advisory is a plus. ➢ Holding GRC Certification or Compliance-related Certification is an advantage. ➢ Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint, is a must
