Quality Director, Roads (Del 118)

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a dynamic and experienced Quality Director for Roads to lead our quality assurance initiatives in the infrastructure sector. This role is crucial to ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance in road construction projects, aligning with our vision of creating an exceptional entertainment and leisure destination.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic quality management framework specifically for road construction projects, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
• Oversee all quality assurance activities related to the planning, execution, and completion of road infrastructure projects.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of quality assurance professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to foster a culture of quality excellence.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to establish quality goals and ensure alignment with project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits on road construction processes, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring best practices are implemented.
• Analyze quality data and performance metrics, preparing comprehensive reports for senior management on quality outcomes and improvement initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder engagements, addressing quality-related concerns and providing expert advice on best practices in road construction quality management.
• Stay abreast of industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to road construction to continually enhance the quality framework.
• Promote a proactive approach to quality management, driving initiatives that improve project delivery and safety.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in quality assurance and quality control specifically in the roads and infrastructure sector.
• Proven track record in managing quality processes for large-scale construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of quality standards, regulations, and compliance requirements pertinent to road construction.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in building and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven quality management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Relevant certifications in quality assurance, project management, or civil engineering are an advantage.
