About the Role: To ensure effective introduction of new packaging specifications across Almarai and suppliers, through appropriate evaluation. And trials support on a specific NPD packaging projects and be the packaging Development lead on promotional packaging projects.

Requirements:

• Must be holding Diploma Certificate/ preferred bachelor’s degree.


• 2+ years training or supervisory experience.


• good verbal and written communication English skills.


• Must have competencies such as: Training need analysis, Ability to develop training packages, Communication skills, on job training, Coaching skills, Analytical skills, Giving constructive feedback, good team player.
