RCM Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced RCM Lead to support the planning, execution, and optimization of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations. The role is responsible for implementing and enforcing RCM policies and workflows across the public sector, ensuring operational efficiency, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement within healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the planning, execution, and optimization of RCM operations
• Implement and enforce RCM policies, procedures, and workflows
• Ensure compliance with established RCM standards across operations
• Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth RCM operations

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

Education: Bachelor’s / Diploma degree in Business Administration or related field

Industry Experience: Healthcare sector, Insurance Sector
