Responsibilities
Welcome visitors and adequately direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.
Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and redirect calls as necessary.
Manage the reception area, keeping it organized and presentable.
Maintain the visitor log and monitor access to the premises.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Process mail and deliveries, ensuring proper distribution among staff.
Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Respond to general inquiries about the company and its services.
Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory levels.
Arranging administrative events such as Eid celebrations and various other special occasions.
Coordinate office meals by selecting diverse dining options and evaluating catering services for quality.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
Exceptional communication abilities in both verbal and written forms in English and Arabic.
Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and general office equipment.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Customer-oriented mindset with a willingness to help others.
Basic knowledge of the real estate industry is an advantage.
Ability to work additional hours when necessary.
Ability to stand for long periods and move effectively within the workplace to complete tasks on time.
