Receptionist

Ninja is looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a welcoming demeanor to create a positive first impression while effectively managing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and courteous reception experience.
• Coordinate internal company events and activities.
• Assist employees with basic administrative support.
• Handle and coordinate with suppliers and service providers.
• Support office operations and help with general office tasks.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.

• Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• High school diploma or Bachelor degree in business Administration or related field.
