Job Summary:
TheReceptionist who is responsible in presenting a highquality serviceto the guests/clints at the Yacht
Club. The roleresponsibilities are to manage the Yacht Clubs front desk mainentrance by welcoming
guests in a friendly andprofessional way addressing and escalating customer complaints.Providing
information about facilities programsand other relatable services. This role requires an excellent
communicator with social intelligence who canstay positive when facing difficult situations and ability
in being reliable and customeroriented to ensurethat the clints are satisfied with the service and enjoy
their stay at the YachtClub.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming members and guests in a presentableway.
Review arrival lists andrecords.
Receive and take care of all membersand guests.
Answer the inquiries of members on atimely basis.
Assist the other staff members inpreparing welcome folders for the members.
Givethe required information about different areas of our JYC to allmembers.
Provide information about facilitiesprograms and other services.
Promote theservices provided by our JYC.
Foresee the needsof all members and ensure they are satisfied with ourservice.
Build a longterm association with themembers.
Help members with various tasks likearranging meeting room reservations restaurant booking
providing supplies etc.
Address grievances issues and inform Guest Relations Manager as andwhen required.
Record all necessary data andinformation in the designated registers everyday.
Comply with health and safety standards(OSHS).
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in hospitality management or arelevant field.
2 years of work experience as aGuest Relations Officer Hotel Manager or a similarrole.
Professional certification in HotelManagement will be preferred.
