Tamayyaz is seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced corporate setting.

• Greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and courtesy
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments and personnel
• Schedule and manage appointments using scheduling software while maintaining accurate records
• Maintain the reception area in an organized, clean, and professional manner
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently
• Manage visitor logs, sign-in procedures, and security protocols in compliance with company policies
• Provide information about company services, locations, and contact details to callers and visitors
• Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and documentation management
• Support multiple departments by responding to inquiries and directing requests appropriately
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Utilize computer systems and office equipment proficiently to complete daily tasks
• Demonstrate flexibility and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities

• Proven experience in a reception, customer service, or front-desk role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Professional demeanor and courteous interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy
• Experience with phone systems and scheduling software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
• Bilingual capability in Arabic and English (preferred)
• Experience with visitor management systems (preferred)
• Knowledge of professional business etiquette and cultural sensitivity relevant to the Saudi Arabian business environment (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
