Recruiter

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.

Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques (job boards, databases, networking, etc.) to identify and attract qualified candidates.

Evaluate applicant qualifications and assess the best fit for open roles.

Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.

Maintain candidate records and recruitment data in a confidential and organized manner.

Negotiate job offers and manage candidate expectations effectively.

Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

Ensure recruitment practices align with company policies and national labor laws.

Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the recruitment cycle.

• Saudi Nationality.
• Related qualification is a must.
• Minimum of 3 Years experience.
• Very good English Language.
• Strong knowledge of candidate’s selection.
• Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools.
• Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
• Integrity and confidentiality, proactive.
