Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to define recruitment needs and develop proactive sourcing strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on business partnership and strategic hiring.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and experience with various sourcing methods.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to make informed hiring decisions.
