The Opportunity

Are you an experienced medical sales leader with a strong scientific background and a passion for nutrition and healthcare?

Almarai is looking for a Senior Medical Sales Manager to lead our Infant Nutrition medical sales operations across Saudi Arabia. You will drive demand creation and sales growth through effective product proposition detailing, strong field execution, and leadership of medical sales teams across multiple regions.

This is a key commercial leadership role where you will be responsible for delivering sales and profitability targets, strengthening the execution of our Infant Nutrition portfolio, developing high-performing teams, and building strong engagement with healthcare professionals. You will combine scientific understanding with commercial leadership to translate our product propositions into sustainable market growth.

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Clinical Nutrition, Nutrition, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.


• At least 10 years of progressive experience in medical/pharmaceutical or infant nutrition sales, including solid experience leading sales teams.


• Strong experience in demand creation, scientific/product proposition detailing, and product-driven medical sales, ideally within infant nutrition, clinical nutrition, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare.


• Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed sales teams, deliver sales and profitability targets, and improve commercial KPIs while effectively managing budgets and costs.


• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and coaching capabilities, with the ability to interpret market and sales performance and develop team capability.
