Senior SAP HCM Consultant

We are seeking a Senior SAP HCM Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions for our clients. Leveraging your experience, you will work closely with clients to define their HR needs, optimize their processes, and deliver effective SAP solutions that drive business success.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP HCM modules, including but not limited to Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll.
• Conduct workshops to gather client requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Customize and configure SAP HCM to align with the client's HR policies and processes.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure system functionality and accuracy.
• Provide post-implementation support and maintenance, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure successful integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Stay updated on current trends and best practices in SAP HCM and related technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, and Time Management.
• Proven experience in analyzing HR processes and translating them into SAP solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
• Experience in project management is a plus.
• SAP HCM certification is preferred.
