Reporting Specialist

Overview

The Reporting Specialists develop, prepare and check weekly and monthly reports and dashboards to achieve the role purpose.

Your role

• Collaboration: Working with various stakeholders to gather data in the appropriate format; Chair the PDO Reporting meetings in the absence of the Reporting Manager or Reporting Lead; Liaise with PMCs to ensure data requirements are understood and provided in accordance with the Reporting calendar;

• Preparation: Prepare/update the weekly and monthly reports and dashboards using the data gathered using the set processes as detailed by the Reporting Manager in accordance with the PDO Reporting Calendar;

• Checking/Validation: Check the weekly and monthly reports and dashboards to ensure they matches to data gathered from the stakeholders;

• Power BI revisions: Make changes to the powerBI dashboard files and published dashboards to ensure comments are addressed and improvements made as identified by the Reporting Manager;

• Development: Develop new dashboards and improvements to dashboards by close liaison with stakeholders withing RCU D&C.
