Job Description - Require a Senior Manager in Riyadh

Lead and manage strategic planning, execution, and performance monitoring across key business units.
Develop and implement operational frameworks that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
Oversee the performance of departmental teams, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and talent development.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define long -term business objectives and ensure alignment with organizational vision.
Drive change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and policies.
Analyze business metrics and market trends to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
Represent the organization in stakeholder meetings, board discussions, and strategic partnerships.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, internal policies, and corporate governance practices.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
2–5 years of progressive management experience in a corporate or enterprise environment.
Proven track record in leading teams, managing complex projects, and delivering results under pressure.
Strong analytical, problem -solving, and decision -making skills with data -driven mindset.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities with senior stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools, ERP systems, and business intelligence platforms.
Experience in strategic planning, operational optimization, and process improvement methodologies.
Ability to thrive in a fast -paced, high -pressure environment with minimal supervision.
